Babies at the Barre™
Babies at the Barre™ is a babywearing “mommy and me” style exercise class based on basic ballet and Pilates. No prior dance experience necessary. Class is done in socks or barefoot so no dance shoes needed.
I offer classes for expecting/new parents, grandparents, medical professionals, prenatal/postpartum professionals, nannies, and more. Workshops are hands on classes to acquire new skills (more info below).
One-on-one individualized information and instruction to meet your babywearing needs. From selecting a carrier, learning to use the carrier, how to get the best fit for you and your baby, adjusting as baby grows, and more.

Let Babies at the Barre™ be your guide to finding community, inner and outer strength, and confidence as a mother. You get safe, yet effective exercise all while keeping your little one close as you gain strength and build friendships.
Babies at the Barre™ is a babywearing “Mommy and me” style exercise class designed for new moms and their babies. This mix of basic ballet and pilates exercises focus on rebuilding strength in the abdominals and pelvic floor as well as increasing flexibility, and toning arms, core, calves, and buns all while bonding with baby. No prior dance or pilates experience is required.
Babywearing Classes & Workshops
I offer babywearing classes for:

Workshops are hands on classes to acquire new skills. This can includes beginning wrapping, intermediate level wrapping, advanced wrapping techniques, back carrying, or various other babywearing skills.
Private Babywearing Consultations are a chance for you and a partner, caregiver, or guardian to get specific one-on-one time and answer your very specific questions and address your personal needs as it relates to babywearing. This offers a level of convenience that you do not need to travel or come to a large meeting and can be assured you will have undivided attention and get all of your questions answered. This can be particularly helpful for someone to get help in their own home and environment their child is most comfortable in.
