Days/times offered: Sundays 1:00pm Tuesdays 11:15am Fridays 9:15am Babies at the Barre™ is a babywearing “mommy and me” style exercise class based on basic ballet and Pilates. No prior dance experience necessary. Class is done in socks or barefoot so no dance shoes needed. What to bring: Exercise mat (yoga mat) Water bottle Baby carrier (ring slings and other one shoulder carriers are not recommended) Baby Please be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your care provider to resume exercise.
